In September, the Metafuels team went out on another team outing – hiking in the Flumserberg region of the Swiss Alps.

We had a strict rule, discussions about our work were strongly discouraged. This rule was quickly broken, because we were on a mission to hike and view the Pizol glacier, after which we have named our first production project.

Matthias Schnellmann, our hiking guide for the day, had promised us sights of an amazing lake. But after a long, gruelling slog, we arrived to find out that it was little more than a pond…

Regardless of our disappointment when it comes to pond or lake size, this was another great bonding experience for the Metafuels team. We are quickly growing, so there are new faces each time we meet up.

One of the benefits of operating in Switzerland is the ability to immerse ourselves in the natural beauty of our home country.
